About Brother Martin
Evangelist Milton Martin Jr. is the founder of Fishers of Men Ministries. Brother Martin was born again in 1972. In 1974, he received the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. In 1977, God called Brother Martin to preach. Immediately, he began doing evangelistic work as well as serving as a deacon in a local Assemblies of God church. Four years later, Brother Martin became the associate pastor of Rock Hill Congregational Holiness Church in Gainesville, Georgia where he served for one year. Soon after that, he founded and pastored the Living Word, World Outreach Center in 1982 in Gainesville, Georgia. During this time, he began doing foreign missionary work in Argentina, Bolivia, and Brazil. Finally, in 1988, God released Brother Martin to fulfill his call to be an evangelist and missionary to the world; thus, Milton Martin, Jr. Ministries was birthed.
Since then, he has been preaching and ministering in a vast number of churches throughout the United States as well as traveling to foreign countries. Those countries include Russia, Africa, The Philippines, Venezuela, Peru, Poland, Ukraine, and Belorussia. Brother Martin's first love is to see souls saved. Along the same vein, the gifts of the Spirit operate mightily through his ministry. Signs, wonders, and miracles always follow the ministry of the Word. Additionally, the ministry goes into the highways and hedges to hold old-fashioned Holy Ghost and Fire Miracle tent revivals.
Milton Martin, Jr. is an ordained bishop with the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee) since 1992. He now resides in Gainesville, Georgia with his wife, Lynn and their daughter Paige, and their grandson Landen.
